Description
Network engineers and administrators need to maintain up-to-date diagrams of their networks. The diagrams are typically created manually and are required for planning, design, troubleshooting, and network auditing. Creating diagrams manually is time-consuming, and the diagrams are often obsolete before they are completed.
NetMapper is a product that generates Microsoft Office Visio diagrams representing different network views including Layer-2/3 topology, logical protocol configurations (e.g., OSPF and EIGRP), and logical configuration of devices (e.g., the VRFs configured on routers). This session teaches you how to use NetMapper to generate consistent and detailed network diagrams.
